My client, a Housing Association/RSL based in the North is looking for an Interim Area Manager to lead the Housing Area Management team and deliver high quality services to existing and potential customers Main duties will include: - to lead the area team to deliver an excellent housing service to customers, developing the service to ensure that customer focus, a concern for quality and business efficiency is achieved, - to ensure that an efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service is delivered to customers, - to develop strategic relationships with local authorities and a range of other agencies and partners, - to support, report to and develop
the Operational Committee who will scrutinise the work of the area team Key skills and experience required: General Housing management experience, gained in an RSL, Hosuing Association, Local Goverenment or ALMO environment. - experience of managing staff and delivering an efficient customer focused service to the public, - managing a multi-disciplinary team, - dealing with a variety of organisations both at an operational level and strategic level - working in the housing sector or similar services
