Interim Assistant Director of Corporate Performance
Midlands / £350 - £500 per day
A Midlands-based NHS client requires an AD of Corporate Performance to lead the corporate performance programme, supporting and enabling a PCT wide environment of continuous improvement throughout the organisation thereby enabling the delivery of the PCTs corporate targets .
Main Responsibilities include :
The role will enable delivery of targets through proactive, robust and in-depth challenge of PCT plans created in support of delivering targets, and managed through a strict programme management support system (Actuate) to enable lead managers to manage their agenda by continually highlighting and providing information to support their delivery. Furthermore, the corporate performance team will provide targeted capacity and capability to add valuable support to the service development/market management team in their negotiation with providers to achieve targets, through providing benchmarking data, best practice and by other means as required.
Central to the role will be to ensure all DOH, SHA, HCC and other relevant returns are submitted in a timely, accurate and meaningful way to ensure the corporate performance and reputation of the organisation is maintained at all times. This will include supporting the Director in co-ordinating target achievement across the locality with its partners.
As a senior member of the team within the directorate, be responsible for, lead and provide cover across the performance, knowledge and information governance agenda for the PCT ensuring compliance with all aspects of policy and good practice, within minimum or no guidelines to act as required within the corporate role.
