An NHS Partnership Trust on the South Coast is looking for an experienced Director of Operations.
Main Responsibilities:

Have you a proven track record in the following areas:
Building effective working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues
Creating and implementing processes to support strategy and vision
Adopting a systematic approach to problem solving using varied sources of information
Assessing risk
Communicating, negotiating and influencing with impact verbally and/or in writing
Developing and implementing change management processes
Budget management
Managing time and prioritising in a pressurised environment
Managing people including setting and monitoring objectives against performance
Do you have the following:
At least 3 years experience as a middle/senior manager
Evidence of leading and implementing Social change/innovation in an area relevant to experience
Main Responsibilities: To ensure the efficient and effective operational management of the services provided by the Directorate within the resources available, and to work with and support the Directorate Chair of the Learning Disability service and staff in developing the services provided, and improving the performance of the services provided, and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Trust through membership of the Trust Management Team.
