An NHS Partnership Trust on the South Coast is looking for an experienced Director of Operations.
Main Responsibilities:

If you are available either immediately or with less than 4 week’s notice to serve and can hit the ground running, have a track record of more than 5 years NHS operational management experience and can engage with clinical staff effectively to deliver high achieving operational impact then please contact us immediately.

Have you a proven track record in the following areas:

• Building effective working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues
• Creating and implementing processes to support strategy and vision
• Adopting a systematic approach to problem solving using varied sources of information
• Assessing risk
• Communicating, negotiating and influencing with impact verbally and/or in writing
• Developing and implementing change management processes

Do you have the following:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a middle/senior manager
• Evidence of leading and implementing Social change/innovation in an area relevant to experience

Main Responsibilities: To ensure the efficient and effective operational management of the services provided by the Directorate within the resources available, and to work with and support the Directorate Chair of the Learning Disability service and staff in developing the services provided, and improving the performance of the services provided, and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Trust through membership of the Trust Management Team.
