Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the development, management and delivery of Facilities Management services across the site with minimum disruption to the Trusts users.
The Post holder will assist the Director of Facilities, to modernise through best practice and motivate the Facilities workforce effectively in order to support the organisation through the provision of an efficient, reliable, compliant and safe service.
You will be directly responsible for:
Hotel services
Porter Services
Catering
Environmental and Waste Services
Maintenance and Cleaning contracts
Ideally you will have 5 years management experience within Facilities, preferably within the NHS or public sector, however suitable applicants will also be considered from the private sector. You should also have experience of contracts management and working with outside agencies.
