Interim Head of Finance (3-6 month contract) London base with some Uk travel

A fast expanding Financial Services start-up on a major scale with a highly impressive management team is seeking an experienced finance professional to help establish the finance team.

Working as an integral member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for creating a scalable finance function and integrating the finances of newly acquired businesses. Reporting to the FD, specific responsibilities will include:

âEUR¢Creating the monthly board pack in line with Board and Investor expectations âEUR¢Implementation of KPI reporting âEUR¢Producing monthly management accounts for 5 recently acquired companies providing real insight into each business, providing decision support to the Divisional MDâEUR?s âEUR¢Integrating newly acquired businesses âEUR¢Establishing financial controls and processes âEUR¢Review of potential new deals and acquisitions

To take on this role, you will have strong commercial financial experience and financial services experience would be an advantage. Your attributes should include an ability to think on your feet, be capable of working in a fast paced, changing environment and use your initiative.
