To lead on high volume recruitment campaigns (target of 3000 candidates) to ensure the right processes and APAC based sourcing agencies are in place to deliver the on-going recruitment numbers are met on time and in budget.
Key Duties
To work with the directors to develop a best practice high volume recruitment and resourcing strategy which takes account of:
o The geography, variety and high volume numbers of roles required
o The management of the in country APAC candidate supplier partners
o Budget sign off
o Availability of cost effective resourcing and recruitment options available
o Effective selection, interview and assessment methodologies
o Standard documentation to support all stages of the process
o Champion resourcing best practice across the division
Instil a proactive approach to recruitment planning, to identify and effectively plan for current and future resource and training requirements
