Actively engaged with a retail banking organisation we are keen to talk to interim programme managers with experience of new product introduction from initiation through to handover to business as usual.
 

This role requires an understanding of the mortgages market, associated services and how a retail bank delivers those products. Ideal candidates will have had previous exposure to the introduction of a new mortgage product to the UK market place from initiation through to delivery and In addition exposure to online banking systems would be a valuable asset.
 

Naturally to succeed you will need a proven track record of leading large multi-disciplinary business, technical, marketing and development teams of up to 50 people as well as managing third party subcontractors and service providers in a secure financial services environment.
 

Key skills:-

• Ability to motivate and drive a high performance programme delivery team
• Manage all phases of programme from set-up through to completion in a retail banking environment
• Manage risk and implementing containment strategies where needed 
• Manage project changes whilst maintaining the overall deadlines without impact to current business processes 
• Ensure good practice in programme governance 
• Overall management of deliverables to budget, 
• Ensure resource requirements and relevant skills for each phase are available,
   

The successful candidate will need to have a high level of credibility with proven track-record of senior client engagement up to and including senior executive level and to have successfully run major multi-disciplinary programme in a commercial environment.

This is an immediate interim requirement with multiple roles and whilst we are working with our client to identify permanent candidates and would welcome candidates willing to work on an interim to permanent basis.
