Our client, a global financial services company, requires an interim sourcing professional with experience in Facilitiy Services to manage all of the commercial and sourcing aspects of the companies marketing services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of category sourcing plans, the negotiation and implementation of major contracts, effective cost management programmes, and the establishment of successful value-added relationships with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in either sourcing or management of a functional area directly associated with electrical/mechanical facilities. An understanding of how to analyse a category cost structure and strong negotiation and contract drafting skills. Ideally certified membership of the chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK) or other recognised national/international procurement institutions. Experience in Financial Services would be preferable.
