Interim Project Manager Retail Banking Operations

Actively engaged with a retail banking organisation we are keen to talk to interim project managers with a career history in retail banking and specifically management of business operations.
This role requires a broad understanding of financial products including mortgages, insurance and credit cards. More important is your previous experience in any or all of the following:-
Creation of a consumer facing contact centre.
Telephony and IT integration
Building services
Induction and training of contact centre staff.
Naturally to succeed you will need a proven track record of successfully managing business based projects in a retail banking environment, managing people, budgets and stakeholders.
Key skills:-
Manage all phases of project from set-up through to completion
Manage risk and implementing containment strategies where needed
Manage project changes whilst maintaining the overall deadlines without impact to current business processes.
Ensure resource requirements and relevant skills for each phase are available
