As an Internal Audit Manager you will operate within the Wholesale division at group level, working closely with the Head of Retail and Operational Audit, Director of Risk Assurance and senior Audit Managers to:
- Manage the groups operational audits and assess the risk issues affecting the business to agree on commercial recommendations as part of the corporate strategy. - Develop, plan and deliver audits by providing an independent assessment of the effectiveness of management controls across key business projects. - Help to formulate strategic and corporate plans to manage change programmes across the business. - Taking leadership in ad-hoc audit project assignments.
Candidate Requirements: - Management level Operational Audit experience gained from a retail, manufacturing or similar environment. - Prior project management and IT audit exposure within an SAP or similar ERP environment. - Gravitas and previous exposure to working at Senior Management levels. - Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills. - Understanding of commercial business operations and risk management. - Fluency in a 2nd European language is essential. - Prepared to travel internationally (b/w 30-50PERCENT).
