INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - Abu Dhabi My client is a leading organisation within the Banking and Finance sector who urgent require an Internal Communications Manager/ Internal Marketing Manager to start immediately in Abu Dhabi. Job Purpose: To drive engagement within Operations and IT through the medium of communication. In particular, to improve the perception of senior management, the recognition that employees feel they receive and the perception of the clients policies.

Role Requirements: -Develop a communications strategy -Develop the Operations and IT intranet site into a powerful communications tool -Develop plasma screens as a tool for communication -Co-ordinate the Operations and IT input for my clients magazine to ensure fair representation -Plan and implement half-yearly town hall events to be attended by all Operations and IT staff for communicating my clients performance and strategy -Plan and implement monthly awards celebrations for the best performers in Operations and IT -Plan quarterly ?road trips? for the senior management in Operations and IT to visit business units across the UAE -Co-ordinate

senior management blogs -Develop a network of communications champions within all the business units so that successes and achievements are identified, communicated and celebrated -Identify the best practice in monthly departmental awards events and share this across the division -Identify the best practice in daily ?huddles? and train managers and officers to use this communications opportunity to best effect -To develop tools for communicating operational performance and successes to key stakeholders within the organisation.

Key result areas include increase the perception of senior management and improve recognition and the perception of my clients policies. The Communication Manager will liaise with the Head of Operations and IT, Head of IT and the majority of Department, unit heads and there management teams.

Candidates should have experience of communication and/ or events management preferable. Candidates MUST also be fluent in Arabic and English with the ability to communicate at all levels.
