The main purpose of this role is to drive the success of Managed IP Telephony. With the current launch of Managed IPT in EU as well as a sizeable and healthy pipeline, all efforts are required to ensure that the continued success of this effort.
General Role Description
·Establish pipeline reporting and management for the Managed IPT offering ·Support the successful sale of the offering in the market ·Identify and document new requirements from market research and customer feedback to ensure it continues to meet market requirements ·Ensure right message is delivered to the market ·Engagement and joint planning and development with Cisco EU teams
Role Specifics
1. Pipeline Management ·Define success metrics and establish monitoring dashboards ·Create and track pipeline reports on a monthly basis ·Review success metrics and clients trends with Cisco and my clients teams, adjusting the pipeline as necessary
2. Business Development ·Create a target list of customers and prospects with Cisco and my clients teams ·Support Sales to ensure successful conversion of opportunities ·Present at client meetings when required ·Define my clients Value Proposition to market ·Jointly work with Cisco to educate Cisco and my clients high touch on the value of managed IPT (value prop, why a managed service maybe more appropriate to sale, and in particular for Cisco to understand how this impacts quota retirement) ·Support the sales process with expertise, education and market development including revenue component
3. Product Development ·Work closely with my clients and Cisco Product Marketing, Development and Sales teams across Europe to understand the competitive and commercial landscape including pricing ·Capture and provide feedback to help define product and service feature development
4. Marketing activities ·Help create a value proposition and marketing story ·Work with Cisco and my clients Marketing to define and execute specific marketing campaigns ·Ensure Sales and support personnel are fully trained in how to best communicate the value of the offering to clients
