One of the fastest growing telecommunication and network solutions providers in the world is looking to recruit a Managed Services Manager. The company is expanding their Presales & Technical Service team to focus on telecom applications and the software field. This position will be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The Managed Services Manager will explore and analyse the customers Managed Services requirements, making end-to-end service solutions, defining service baselines and providing a competitive Managed Services solution to fulfil the customers requirements. Responsibilities will include pre-bid analysis of MS projects, preparing bidding proposals, customer clarifications and contract negotiations. The role will involve thoroughly analysing customers requirements and submitting a commercially competitive and advantageous MS proposal to secure MS contracts. The Managed Services Manager will also lead and manage marketing and CRM initiatives, programs and events to improve overall MS sales efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Telecom or IT experience
Previous experience of selling/delivering complex service/solutions
Previous experience selling to wireless/mobile operators throughout Europe
Strong knowledge of IT and its ecosystem
Understanding of Managed Services marketplace & customer business drivers
Ability to lead, influence and drive complex negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects
