Qualified management accountant required to provide management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and payroll analysis support to the Human Resources function of a large financial services organisation.
Responsibilities
Complete detailed annual HR Budget including staff costs for entire branch and any direct HR costs. Manage forecasting on monthly basis Perform monthly cost analysis. Analysis and approval of HR/Payroll related accounting entries. Manage compensation and benefits function of branch Monthly review of local, expatriate and subsidy payrolls Support HR related systems projects (Oracle)
The candidate
Can demonstrate excellent experience of management accounting practises, budgeting and forecasting. Has previous experience of payroll approval and analysis Has strong systems experience Previous people management experience is desirable Ideally has Oracle systems experience or knowledge Qualified Accountant
