Management Consultant A rare opportunity has arisen to join this global consultancy firm. Working closely with clients at management and director level, you will advise and assist on the identification, development and implementation of projects in a very hands on shop floor manner. We work in close partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions that help them become high performance businesses. We need people who are able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our clients, while having the confidence to negotiate and challenge all stakeholders. Working in project teams at client locations, we help diverse companies achieve the ambitious changes they require, and that we have committed to deliver. No two projects are ever the same, and we work in a variety of sectors and countries across the globe. Renoir is an international group of companies, therefore international exposure and travel is likely. Relocation is not necessary, however you will be required to work overseas. We are particularly looking for people-orientated individuals with a minimum of a business-related degree
and at least 1-3 years consultancy experience. We invariably recruit no more than 10 successful candidates annually from hundreds of highly talented consultants wishing to join us, so competition for these places is understandably high. We therefore have a rigorous recruitment and selection process to identify the most suitable candidates for these positions. You will be available to work anywhere across the globe for up to 6 months at a time. Competence in any of the improvement initiatives such as, Six sigma / TPM / Theory of constraints / Balanced score cards / BPR or Process orientation, is added advantage.
