ROLE DESCRIPTION Reporting Relationships The incumbent reports to the Director of the division Working Relationships The main working relationships are with: · The team · Relationship Managers on a worldwide basis · Fund Administrators in Jersey and Switzerland · Property Agents · Clients interested in property mandates · Fund Partners, e.g. large agencies, banks · Internal Legal & Structuring & Compliance departments Overall Purpose To be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities in the real estate sector, the packaging of these opportunities in the form of syndication of fund vehicles and managing the deals on an ongoing basis. The incumbent will be a key member of newly established team with significant plans for growth. Principal Elements and Accountabilities · Analysing real estate opportunities on a global basis · Presenting and compiling internal and external reports on potential deals · Liaising with Fund Administrators, Legal and Structuring and Compliance to ensure appropriate vehicles for client investment · Present investment opportunities and ensure distribution though the network of Relationship Managers across all offices and third parties in conjunction with the Director · Implement the investment proposals, ensuring necessary legal & compliance adherence · Monitor and manage the investment opportunities/relationship on an ongoing basis · Responsibility for updating and maintaining client/investor relations Qualifications, Skills & Experience · Direct real estate experience, e.g. RICS qualifications or financial investment banking/real estate experience · Project management skills · Relevant market knowledge of global real estate trends · Advanced excel & financial modelling skills · Presentation and client facing skills · Willingness to travel internationally · Analytical mind · Passion for growing the business Note: This job description and person specification is a guide to the principal, current duties of the job and skill set required.
