This fast growing and dynamic global Management Consultancy is looking to recruit a talented Organisational Design Managing Consultant to take responsibility for developing and delivering large scale organisation design programmes

The role:

Working with leading clients in both the public and private sector Organisational Design Subject Matter Experts will manage the design and implementation of various organisational changes, including:

•Organisational design
•Structural and reporting lines
•Rightsizing
•Job redesign
•Role profiling
•Headcount planning
•Organisational change
•Functional consolidation
•Structure and report lines
•Organisation impact assessments
•Senior level headcount planning

The candidate:

We are seeking exceptional Organisational Design candidates who can demonstrate the following experience:-

•Designing and implementing centralised services functions
•(ie. customer service centres / finance) within large or complex organisations.
•You will have implemented organisational change in line with process and technology (ERP / SAP) change
•Creating and delivery staff transition plans and employee communications.
•Engaging with clients at C level therefore external change management consulting experience is necessary
