An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this new company in the protection market as a Managing Director.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and other senior members of the team to establish and grow the business. You will develop the strategy and have P&L responsibility and as a member of the management team, you will be responsible for feeding into the overall direction of the company.

You will be a dynamic and results orientated senior sales oriented manager with experience of managing a field based sales team. You will lead and inspire a sales team to develop and manage relationships with a panel of key specialist intermediaries to achieve new business targets. You will be interested in achieving significant bonus through achieving your targets and goals.

You will have protection experience, be of graduate calibre and have a passion to succeed. You will have experience of successfully executing sales targets with intermediaries.
