Managing Director – Social Housing Maintenance 

Significant capability in the repair and maintenance of all properties including social housing, this national business has contracts with a large number of Local Authorities, RSL's and ALMO's to provide services ranging from simple repairs through to full estate management.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to head up a market leading business with full P+L responsibility and man management, you will already have held director level positions within the social housing, planned/reactive maintenance sector.
You will be delivering services to 30,000 residential properties, managing 600 staff, and holding full P+L responsibility for £30m
