As a subsidiary of the largest marketer, producer and distributor of one of the world’s leading brands, our client is looking to further develop its manufacturing/operations function at one of its premier sites.

Reporting to the Site General Manager, as the Head of Manufacturing / Head of Operations you will lead the manufacturing management team in delivering the day-to-day operations of the site, whilst driving continuous improvement and providing the leadership and strategic direction to ensure ongoing world class performance. The effective management of the high performing teams is critical to success.

As the Head of Manufacturing / Head of Operations you will have relevant manufacturing experience either within FMCG or a continuous process industry, with a ‘world class tool kit’ to utilise as appropriate. You may have an engineering background, but you will be a strong team player who will drive your teams to the highest levels of performance.

Passion, drive and commitment are required in equal measure.
