This is a senior level appointment with responsibility for a team of c 6 marketing professionals spread across locations in the UK and Europe. This team forms part of the global team of 23 personnel. The company is an internationally respected technology business developing and manufacturing a broad range of identity, access control and smartcard products and the focus of this role is to be responsible for their identity solutions and access management marketplace which has significant growth potential.

Reporting into the VP of Product marketing, you will define and research the market requirements for your product group, develop the strategy and roadmap for the EMEA region, and plan and execute a full marketing mix in order to achieve success. The new product development cycle will involve interface at a senior level with geographically-spread technical teams, there is a broad range of marketing channels and strong worldclass competition. A high quality marketing professional is required. You will have a high quality degree in a science subject, such as physics or electronics and you will have significant senior level marketing experience ideally with products involving smartcards and identity systems . You must be comfortable with both the team leadership aspects and the full marketing mix and also have developed your career in a technology business with international dimensions in a similar field.

Knowledge of the identity or access management marketplaces is ideal. Location is flexible within the EU as travel will be involved and there is a comprehensive range of benefits in addition to an attractive base salary negotiable around the figure quoted.
