Marketing Manager Building Performance Solutions

Location: London, Sheffield, Horsham or home based
Salary: up to £65K, depending on experience

The company has recently launched a Global Building Performance Group, dedicated to helping architects, engineers and construction professionals to design, build and operate better-performing, energy-efficient and environmental friendly buildings. The recent acquisition of Hevacomp, a strong player in the building services design software, underlines Bentley’s strategic growth in this sector.
The Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of the Building Performance Group and work closely with the Global Marketing Director.

The main focus of this role is to lead the global building performance (including building energy design, analysis and simulation, with the Hevacomp and Tas products) marketing efforts, with particular emphasis on the UK, USA and ANZ. In addition, you will spend time on marketing all of Bentley’s architectural software products in the UK, utilizing Bentley’s strength in the Architectural community. This position is responsible for developing marketing content, programs, processes, and promotions necessary to increase revenues and drive outstanding customer satisfaction for the building market sectors.

Your strong track record in a similar role has developed your excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills. You will have gained previous experience in architectural, engineering software or building services consultancy. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and/or building energy analysis is an advantage. You will excel in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meeting tight deadlines.
