A vacancy has arisen within the marketing function for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and delivering lead conversion campaigns to drive and increase account acquisition. You will be reporting into the Head of New Customer Marketing and take ownership of the end to end lead conversion lifecycle, including lead conversion campaigns, customer communications, minimising leakage, and the customer journey.
Your main duties will include:
- Ensuring the accurate development and delivery of acquisition campaigns
- Managing offline and online channels, including email, SMS, phone and direct marketing communications
- Delivering the annual acquisition campaign schedule
- Managing external agencies
- Working with Analytics and Pricing to evaluate the effectiveness of performance against objectives
You will have previous acquisition / lead conversion experience, ideally with a strong online focus. You will also be results focused and be able to take a 'hands on` approach with both developing strategy and executing campaigns.
The salary on offer is a maximum of £50,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.
