High level areas of reasonability:
• Overall responsibility for Equipment Sales throughout the Kingdom in respect of number of specific product divisions.
• Management of Product Group Manager responsible for sales within each product group / brand.
• Driving sales forward on a day to day basis and establishing opportunities to improve sales performance and market penetration.
• Delivery of marketing initiatives within specific product groups.
• Implementation of sophisticated sales management systems as part of the company strategy.
 

Areas of responsibility
• Reporting to the Sales Director.
• Overall responsibility for Equipment sales Kingdom wide in respect of specific product groups.
• Responsibility for a portfolio of brands and associated sales teams.
• Responsibility for brand development within the Kingdom as part of an overall marketing strategy.
• Driving sales on a day to day basis through close management of the Product Group Managers and their respective field sales teams.
• Maximization of sales from existing product lines.
• Working as part of a senior sales team with other National Sales Managers.
• Leadership of market studies in respect of new and prospective franchises / product lines.
• Setting of equipment sales budgets and delivering performance in line with budgets.
• Contact with supplies.
• Setting of specific sales strategy for each product group and product line in order to meet budgetary objectives.
• Overall responsibility for sales administration relating to sales, stock and invoicing.
• Review, reorganization and expansion of current sales teams.
• Establishment and management of sales incentives.
• Implementation of sales systems both IT and operational across all teams in line with company strategy.
• Management and delivery of marketing initiatives relating to specific products and product groups.
• Day to day responsibility for receivables collection pertaining to equipment sales and management of customer relationships in respect of credit facilities.
• Identification of areas where equipment sales performance and delivery can be improved and implementing change where necessary.
• Production / presentation of high level reporting to the Sales Director and wider senior management team as required.

Key Skills and Experience Required.
The individual will have sufficient experience (5 years minimum) in an equipment or capital goods sales management environment, and will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Arabic as a native language is essential, plus fluency in English as the company’s official business language and that of all our manufacturing partners is a requirement.


In addition, the required individual will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales systems and the ability to manage a field bases sales team across a large geographical area.


The company is an expanding and ambitions organization; and the require individual will therefore need to display the ability to adapt his area of responsibility to the challenges and organizational aspirations for the future, rather than be a manager of an existing set-up.
