A commercially aware organisation they are constantly leading their market in this and each field they work in and genuinely are the standard bearers for this sector. Constant growth in a challenging market has presented this opportunity which ideally would suit a driven individual who is looking to exploit the undoubted opportunities in this field.
A proactive and driven individual, you will be responsible for the continued increase in sales and mentor your team to further future success. Responsibility for the delivery of high level relationships with influential third parties, you will be accountable for new business revenue targets across these market-moving companies. With the ability to establish genuine working relationships at the boardroom you will be familiar with winning and establishing mutually beneficial relations primarily with blue chip clients.
You are potentially looking for your first steps into Sales Management or you already possess extensive Sales Management experience. Whilst experience in relevant sectors (Mailing, Print Management, Print Outsourcing), or of similar high-growth demanding organisation it is your proven ability to successfully drive yourself and your sales team forward that sets you apart from the competition. With the ability to keep the team around you motivated at all times you will be adept at managing effective sales action plans including marcomms, visit plans and other lead generation exercises.
