Reporting to the Head of Industries you will be responsible for growing a business sector such Transportation domain knowledge – particularly Rail Operators. The organisation are going through significant growth thus creating great opportunity and potential to rapidly progress the right individuals on a global platform. You will have a proven track record of selling solutions to organisations and be able to address business issues specifically in the relevant industries.
A strong background in successfully selling into relevant industry accounts, being able to demonstrate success and the ability to lead and manage the complete sales process and account management. Ideally you would have worked for a Systems Integrator, Outsourcing or Professional Services company but will be focus on selling solutions around area such as Outsourcing (BPO) or Offshore Solutions.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in a business development position
Experience of the strategic / consultative sales process
Experience of the outsourcing market
Understanding of solutions build
Working on Enterprise (large) deals from £1m - 25m.
Bachelor’s degree
Prior business development experience required
Strong Business Development skills
Understanding of high tech industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated
Excellent organizational skills
Adaptable to new challenges
