We are looking for candidates with formal financial qualifications and a successful background in TV/New Media who will be able to make a major strategic contribution to the company and add focus and experience to help this company establish itself as a major player.
It will be beneficial if the Non-Executive FD wishes to become a shareholder in the Company to align the incoming NXD’s interests with that of the existing Directors who are shareholders.

We are also looking for a Non-Executive Director.

• There is huge worldwide demand for martial arts media; movies, video games & magazines.
• Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the world’s fastest growing sport and there are over 150
million martial arts practitioners worldwide.

2. The Company & the Product:
• Our client is a media group serving the martial arts community through multi platform, TV production and distribution.
• Our client has a number of online distribution and marketing deals including with MySpace, Joost and YouTube.
• Our client’s end goal is a globally successful martial arts media company built around the central focus of a globally distributed broadcast channel.

3. Non-Executive Finance Director (FD) Requirements:

A Business Plan is available but we will require a signed Self–Certification Statement in order to comply with the current Financial Services and Markets Act (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 (FSA) legislation plus our Confidentiality/NDA form. If you have not already signed these forms we will email them to you.
