This international organisation is growing substantially within the UK and is looking to appoint an Office Manager to run all aspects of the administrative, technical and operational infrastructure for the London office.
The Company provides institutional investors with a range of financial services including Fixed Income; Equities; Corporate Finance; Asset Management; Trading and Structured Trade Finance. The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office at all times so the highest levels of service are delivered to clients.
The Role
To provide a high quality environment to the existing and future businesse
To act as a central point for coordinating all office administration and premises related issue
To execute plans to meet the expanding requirements of the groups businesses
The Candidate
Proactive style with excellent communication skills
Successful track record in administration and operation
Knowledge of the financial services sector
Proven execution: an individual who has seen complex plans through to completion
Ability to plan and execute imminent office relocation project
