Our client is a UK manufacturer of bespoke fabrications and equipment for the process industries. Expansion within their business has led to the requirement for an Operations Director to take responsibility for the running of their site.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director but with full autonomy across the operation, you will be responsible for operational improvements including quality, service and on time delivery.
You will have direct input into the growth strategy of the business and will train develop and expand the existing workforce.
The Requirement
Your background will be at senior operations level in a low volume engineering manufacturing environment, knowledge of heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, pipework, heat exchangers, engines, pumps or related products would be an advantage.
You will be motivated, driven and be seeking a role that will allow you to implement change within a business, including significant investment opportunity.
