Due to rapid growth, our client are looking to strengthen their management team to ensure customer loyalty and growth are maintained, whilst bringing innovation to current processes. This position is suited to a senior operations manager who is looking to grow with an SME potentially to director level.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this will be a significant position in the evolution of the business. The position will initially be responsible for the organisation of the operations department. This includes the whole process of goods in, warehousing and despatch of several thousand skus. It is expected that the role of product purchasing management or call centre management will be added, dependant on the experience of the applicant.
