Our client, a large Primary care Trust seeks to appoint an Organisational Model Consultant. Reporting to the Business Planning Programme Manager, the job holder will have responsibility for the definition of the longer-term organisational models that the Trust could practically transition to.
Main Responsibilities:
Define the longer-term organisational model options
Develop and agree a framework to assess options and support the Trust in making a decision
Identify the key steps to transition to the preferred model
Manage stakeholders
