Planning Manager - Construction Industry 2 Contracts in Algeria - future work around North Africa and Middle East regions Salary - depending on experience (max is circa £70k)

I am recruiting for Planning Managers for a leading construction contractor active in emerging markets. Established over 50 years ago they undertake large industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects for public and private customers principally in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

They are looking for UK based people who are prepared to move abroad to work - they provide accommodation and 3 trips home per year.

There are 2 current contracts in Algeria; both are $multi billion programmes building industrial manufacturing plants.

The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project schedule and associated financial and resource requirements as part of the site management team.

Candidates will need to have the following experiences: *Preparing monthly project reports encompassing technical, operational, contractual and commercial issues.

*Working closely with senior management to determine staffing projections for all discipline and studio requirements. * Preparing and maintaining project schedule, including assisting Project Managers with any preparations or changes as required.

*Maintaining and actioning sub records of sub-consultants and client agreements as required.

*Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports on a monthly basis and overseeing general administration

It is imperative that you have gained this experience in the construction market, ideally on the Civil Engineering side - and you will also need a working knowledge of French.
