Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer needed to revitalise and develop and roll out the search product and user generated content features for a large new media organsiation. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer will be take full ownership of the websites consumer facing features, managing the full lifecycle of the product from conception through to retirement. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer will be working closely with the marketing, design and development teams and ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded and traffic is increased to the website. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer will have full autonomy within the role and be able to define the roadmap for the product(s) and define direction for the website. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/ Product Developer will be focused on ensuring consumer needs and targets are met and defining the User Experience.

The successful candidate must have experience defining and specifying user features preferably for search and/or social networking b2c websites with an entrepreneurial streak and desire to make an immediate impact on a fast growing organisation. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer will be creative with a strong commercial awareness and have a good understanding of the product management lifecycle. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and instinctively user focused with strong communications skills and the ability to present to board level. The Product Manager/Product Development Manager/Product Developer will be working in a high pressure, face paced environment.
