PRODUCTION MANAGER

Up to £40,000 + benefits North East

Our client is an industry leading FMCG business supporting a range of major customers from their manufacturing facilities across the UK. Due to restructuring and substantial investment in the site, they now seek an excellent Production Manager with first class leadership skills.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the highest possible output at the lowest achievable cost and enable delivery to meet short and long term operational targets

and objectives. This will be achievable through effective man-management of your teams to execute effective production techniques. You will champion World Class Manufacturing for the site.

Educated to HND or degree level, you will be an experienced Production Manager with strong management skills, preferably gained in a food manufacturing environment. Experience of lean manufacturing is important but it will be your down to earth style and your ability to inspire teams that will be decisive.
