This role requires a Programme Manager who has a proven track record managing the governance and programme assurance of large scale programmes of work. You will responsible for the delivering the business improvement and project governance using standard process methods such as Six Sigma and ISO. Day-to-day duties will include managing the process improvement initiatives, line managing staff and liaising with Process and QA teams to ensure new
initiatives are identified an implemented. This role requires extensive experience managing stakeholders and clients along with the ability to manage risk assessments and change control development. Strong knowledge of the following methodologies would be beneficial: PRINCE 2, MSP, OCG and OJEC procurement processes, ISO, CMMI and Six Sigma. Ideally you will have current security clearance and a strong knowledge of the government and defence sector.
