DECENT HOMES - Quantity Surveyor

Project Level Quantity Surveyor required for immediate start!

£10 million Decent Homes project (tenants in situ social housing refurbishment project) in Greater London. Work includes upgrades of kitchens, bathrooms, entrance areas, windows and external repairs. The scheme is for a Housing Association with units across London. There are various satellite offices so will in all likeliness have one near you!

We are accepting applicants with varying backgrounds but must have at least 12 months UK Quantity Surveying experience for a main contractor. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience. Duties include setting up the contract, procurement of subcontractors, Liaising with the PM and client, measurements, variations, payment of sub contractors and monthly cash flow forecasts.
