My client is a well know operator in Dubai. They are looking to recruit a permanent REGULATORY ECONOMICS SENIOR MANAGER to work full time in Dubai. The purpose of this role is to manage commercial aspects of interconnection with other local operators and support compliance with other regulatory and license obligations. Candidates will require appropriate professional qualification in Accounting/Economics from a recognised institution. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in regulatory economics/finance, with capacity to undertake modeling for interconnection

pricing as required to support development of regulatory positions in this regard. Strong understanding of the principles of Long Run Incremental Costing. Direct experience in commercial and regulatory negotiations. Advanced quantitative skills for forecasting and model development (including Excel, database modeling). Strong analytical skills needed to simplify complex problems and devise properly balanced commercial responses to regulatory requirements.
