This specialist division has grown dramatically over the last 5 years and is now the leader in its market. Due to an internal promotion we have a vacancy for a high calibre individual to take responsibility for a region with a turnover of £60m and a growth potential to reach £100m. With market changes we have diversified and now operate leisure and retail services such as bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and supermarkets as well as traditional soft FM services.

You will be commercially aware with extensive experience of managing a PandL and have outstanding relationship skills. You will be an exceptional leader and team builder with the drive and determination to deliver results. You will have a proven record of success at a senior level within Leisure or FM delivering a range of services. As an individual who is committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, your focus will be on ensuring delivery of the highest quality of service to existing and new clients.
