This role will upon a successful first 18 months become UK Sales Director

The Role Reporting to the Business Development Director you will run a team of 6 specialist sales executives, much of your time will be customer facing with them This hands on role requires sales experience combined with man management skills and marketing flair as you will initially manage 4 key accounts as part of your brief Attention to detail and an aptitude for financial elements would be a real advantage as dynamic pricing is key to winning new business

The Requirements Degree educated with an interest in ever changing telecom products, you will already be successful in telecom`s solutions sales Polished account development and presentation skills are pivotal to this role as is the ability to quickly build rapport with the team members You thrive in a highly empowering environment whilst demonstrating your ability to balance commercial flair with client needs
