Regional Sales Managers prospect for new business via personal networking, trade show appearances and lead generation via inside telesales organisation. They employ solution selling techniques to identify business needs and develop customised solutions to solve client business problems. Developing and presenting proposals that clearly convey business needs, project approach, relevant experience and client benefits. The role involves managing a personal quota of £850,000+. Regional Sales Managers continually achieve or exceed quota assignments while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements-
- Enterprise software / solutions sales experience.
- Proven background in managing complex sales processes.
- Ability to define and execute sales strategies.
- Proven track record of proactively approaching and "opening" new accounts.
- Superior communicator internally and externally, verbal and written.
- Ability to present at the highest management levels.
