Our client is a leading UK provider of B2B security services and due to continued growth of their business they are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager who would report to the Regional Operations Director and would be responsible and accountable for leading the region in:
*Delivery of outstanding new business sales performance against the region`s targets *Ensuring that sales people development and retention in support of the Regions General Managers is a key priority *Development of a robust opportunity pipeline and database at all levels across the region, coupled with a dynamic contact plan and execution *Developing and growing new business in line with the three year plan *Ensuring all new business financial targets are met *Looking at innovative ways to continually improve the way they promote the company sales proposition *In coordination with the company sales leadership team establish across the company consistent, effective sales management disciplines and reporting
The successful candidate will: *Be an experienced business developer and sales manager with proven success in leading, inspiring and motivating a sales team *Have well developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to present effectively to any audience *Be able to identify business development and people issues quickly and resolve them through influence and direct involvement, with minimum impact on the effectiveness of performance *Have excellent organisational and planning skills *Have people management experience, especially in effecting improvement through influence as a member of a senior team *Be someone who is able to work flexibly to achieve the overall goals of the business.
