Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing, the Head of Relationship Management will effectively manage the team to ensure their successful achievement of business targets and objectives and compliance with FSA regulations.
This high impact role involves:
Responsibility for the achievement of agreed development and retention targets and securing cross sales and referrals
Maintenance and development of a prospect data base with the broker network
Working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to develop client focused marketing campaigns
Managing communications between Healthcare business and the broker network to ensure the smooth running of renewals and maximise revenue generation opportunities
