SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000, £15,000 - £50,000 Bonus (Uncapped), Car or Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 25 Days Holidays

Our client is a well established global market leader within the OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES market sector. They are a forward thinking, multi-million pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service. Due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ideally with OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES, BUILDING SERVICES, HEALTH & SAFETY, MAN GUARDING SECURITY SERVICES experience, experience in a similar marketplace such as M & E SERVICES, CONTRACT CLEANING, SUPPORT SERVICES, ELECTRONIC SECURITY, PHYSICAL SECURITY or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or someone who possesses experience of selling a SERVICE into FINANCIAL INSTITUTES, or BLUE CHIP COMPANIES throughout THE WHOLE OF THE UK.

As a SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the company’s extensive line of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES throughout THE UK. You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including FINANCIAL INSTITUTES, REAL ESTATE COMPANIES, THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR, THE EDUCATION MARKET and into BLUE CHIP COMPANIES, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with. You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the company’s service portfolio range within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Assess territory potential and realistic market share responsibilities.
• Together with your Commercial Director, develop and agree National Targets, together with agreed pricing and margins.
• Work with your team/customers to achieve all KPI’s.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES, MAN GUARDING SECURITY SERVICES market, an allied market such as M & E SERVICES, ELECTRONIC SECURITY, SUPPORT SERVICES, CONTRACT CLEANING or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or someone who possesses experience of selling a SERVICE into FINANCIAL INSTITUTES, or BLUE CHIP COMPANIES. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and ‘hands on’ approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion. The SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
