A SALES DIRECTOR – MANNED GUARDING is required by my client. They are a forward thinking, multi-million pound turnover organisation that is instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field and they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and service. They are a marker leader in MANNED GUARDING and due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional SALES DIRECTOR to cover the UK.
As a SALES DIRECTOR you will have Full P & L Responsibilities for the company and will oversee the development of New Business of the company’s portfolio of MANNED GUARDING throughout the UK so experience of developing new business will be something you possess. You will also have an overall responsibility for the continued building of relationships with Key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the company’s product portfolio and again experience in Key Accounts management will be required.
Responsible to the Board and as SALES DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the company, including Operations, Marketing, Staffing and Sales. This role offers the potential of a place of the Board based on the level of your successes so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual.
You will possess a Proven Track Record of sales and management of Man-Management on a National basis in the MANNED GUARDING market place. You will have experience of Man-Management as you will be managing a team of roughly 16 people. You will have experience of building relationships with senior commercial and technical decision makers and ideally possess strong personal contacts with key players.
