Sales Manager - BI & CRM Solutions - Middlesex 75k to 80k Base, 125k OTE + Benefits
This leading Microsoft CRM, Ab Inito and Business Objects partner seeks a strong Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading team of sales people, maximising contribution of profitable sales through delivery sales excellence & inspirational leadership around both Microsoft & Business Intelligence propositions. You will own these propositions, setting market strategy etc; you will deliver against revenue plan, applying appropriate sales methodologies as necessary; you will provide sales leadership, setting team performance standards; you will manage the all 3rd party relationships and work closely with colleagues across the whole group to ensure effective leveraging of all client relationships.
Technical/Professional Expertise Required ? Financial experience - P+L, cost centre or budget accountability ? Extensive sales experience at executive/director level in Business Applications mid-market & corporate sales environment ? Record of designing high level commercial Sales strategies & achieving successful business growth ? Record of working in development of profitable, mutually beneficial relationships with vendor & partners ? Capable of working in matrix organisation & able to build strong relationship & credibility with Board / Executives both internally and externally ? Strong leadership skills being able to pull together and motivate a team ? Proven record of building people and organisational capability ?
