If you have sales experience selling into the automotive market I have a role that might interest you.

A company specialising in highly innovative, technology led safety and security equipment for the automotive market is seeking to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of someone to manage some existing accounts and target new business.

The products lend themselves to the aftermarket and primarily in the commercial and industrial vehicle sector - current customers are large delivery service type organisations.

Whilst they are operating in a very competitive market their product portfolio benefits from unique technology and their support services, so vital in this area, are second to none.

They have been around for 10 years now and built up an impressive client portfolio but given the vast amount of opportunities out there they need to add to their team to take advantage.

You will manage some existing accounts - over the last 10 years this has been built up in to a very impressive list; apart from that you will be given a free reign to target any sector you feel relevant. This could be via existing channels or delving into the OEM sector or the vehicle rental market perhaps?

The desired candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Sales experience within a related market. - A track record of new business development. - The ability to operate autonomously whilst remaining an integral part of the team matrix. - Grit and determination.
