London or Home based / Base to £85K with £140K OTE
Security software sales to Government. You will be responsible for successfully selling my client’s unique Identity Management software into Government, Defence and Intelligence, Immigration, Travel and Transport markets throughout EMEA. You must have a track record of selling complex mission critical software solutions into Government. This is direct sales role, working with System Integrators, selling into large software security projects. For the moment this is not a management role, the successful candidate will carry a personal quota.Key competencies are: Proven commercial success (at least 7 years) selling to Government Agencies, direct and/or through large system integrators with two or more employers. Proven and consistent over achiever. Experience selling complex, mission critical enterprise software into an emerging market and innovatively creating real market penetration. Excellent understanding of Government markets. Prior experience working with channel partners and system integrators. A track record of success driving software sales through the integrator channel is a pre requisite. High level contacts in key system integrators and Government agencies in Government, including contracts offices, appropriation committees is crucial to early success. Strong influencing style and executive presence; articulate and confident. Security Clearance Preferred.
