Our client is a highly successful VC backed organisation who has an aggressive growth strategy underway which will see turnover increase by 40PERCENT+ in the next three years. After a successful restructure based around their growth plans they now wish to appoint an ambitious, proven leader of sales teams to ensure the strategy is achieved.
The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the three year business plan and the formulation of future growth strategies for the organisation.
The client`s main focus is in the Corporate, Government and Health sectors and therefore requires a sophisticated and professional consultative approach. Leading a team of 40 Sales and Marketing professionals you will need to be capable of demonstrating best practice in terms of negotiating multi-million pound contracts to Corporate and Government/Health sectors.
The Requirements:
Currently a respected Senior Manager actively involved in either Sales or Business Development with a strong academic background you should posses a demonstrable track record of successfully running a significant sales function ideally within telecoms`.
A professional, determined and structured approach is a pre-requisite to ensure the team maximises all potential opportunities as are enthusiasm, a flair for applying best practice and a "do it right first time" attitude.
