Reporting to Director Total Quality the Senior Advisor /Manager Business Excellence’s key responsibilities are to establish and lead the entire line of functionalities underlying business excellence practices, concepts and trends.
The person will also be responsible for managing the activities and contributions of the respective staff involved with the development, deployment and execution of all relevant business excellence measures & aspects throughout the company.
Moreover Senior Advisor Business Excellence will be required to formulate and administer the strategies related to organizational evaluation and continuous enhancing of the corporate stance; in relation to excellence models & schemes, best practices, and business process dynamics.
The successful candidate must be a university graduate with 7 to 12 years experience in business excellence practice, with ideally 2 to 4 years experience are gained in the Telecoms industry. Exposure to both the commercial and the technical development of the business excellence practice is essential.
