Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of integrated professional support service solutions. The Group’s service capabilities encompass customer services, financial services, human resource services, software services, systems and strategic support and property services delivered to both public sector and private organisations.
Our client requires Business Development Manager’s to join their business development team responsible for selling solutions into Local & Central Government, Transport, and Insurance clients. The Business Development manager will focus purely on named accounts across a vertical market sector and will be responsible for winning developing sustainable business within this vertical market.
Essential experience includes; 5-10 years experience of working in a consulting environment, relevant industry sector experience Central Government or Local Government, Transport and Insurance. Needs to have a good grasp of the business issues facing the Local/Central Government market sector and current initiatives. Strong bid and pipeline management, sales process experience including the development of commercial propositions. Consistently performed in the last 5 years and has strong references.
